How do I apply to be a food vendor?

We recommend you submit your application early to secure your spot for 2024 as spaces are limited.

What is the cost?

The cost depends on the size of the space you will require.

Small               3m                   $1100 + GST

Medium          6m                   $1700 + GST

Large               12m                 $2500 + GST

Is power available and what is the cost?

Generator power 15amp + onsite monitoring @ $300 + GST per vendor

What do I need to bring?

You must bring all the equipment and supplies required to operate your food outlet.  (ie cool room, back of house prep equipment, marquee, etc)

Will all food vendors be together in one area?

Yes, the food vendors will be fenced into one large space.

Will there be security at the event?

A roaming security team will be on site for the duration of the festival; however, it is the responsibility of vendors to ensure their equipment and belongings are secure.

No responsibility will be taken by the event organisers for loss or injury of any goods or persons.

Do I have to buy a ticket to the event?

If your application is accepted, two adult festival tickets will be allocated upon full payment and available closer to the event.
