The Barunga Festival is a celebration of Aboriginal culture and heritage, and we aim to create a welcoming and inclusive environment that promotes understanding and appreciation of Indigenous traditions.

By participating in the festival, you will have the opportunity to showcase your brand/products to a diverse audience and also demonstrate your commitment to social responsibility and cultural awareness.

How do I apply for a retail stall to sell my products?

To apply to host a retail stall at Barunga Festival 2024, please complete the Retail/Commercial Stalls application form available on this website and return it to [email protected].

How do I know if my product/stall is suitable for sale at the festival?

The event managers work closely with the Traditional Owners of Barunga and the Bagala Aboriginal Corporation to identify the types of products they would like included in the festival event.  Please contact the team at Campaign Edge Sprout (ph: 08 8980 5700) and they will happily guide you as to suitability and availability of space. 

What is the cost to have a stall?

Standard retail space              3m x 6m @ $700 + GST

Double space                          6m x 6m @ $1200 + GST

What is included in the cost?

4-amp power will be provided to your space

2 adult festival entry tickets per standard retail space booked

1 trestle table

2 chairs provided per standard retail space.

Will there be security at the event?

A roaming security team will be on site for the duration of the festival; however, it is the responsibility of stall holders to ensure their equipment and belongings are secure.

No responsibility will be taken by event organisers for loss or injury of any goods or persons.

Do I have to buy a ticket to the event?

If your application is accepted, two adult festival tickets will be allocated upon full payment and made available closer to the event.
